Our team of compassionate, experienced therapists is currently accepting new clients! We serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of needs and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

We accept Nevada Medicaid and many commercial insurance plans, with a variety of therapists, specialties, and appointment times available.

By submitting a referral for services, you consent to being contacted by Elements of Motivation, our providers, and our intake team regarding your referral, services, scheduling, and other related matters.

We may contact you using the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone call, text message, and email. This consent applies even if your telephone number is listed on a state or national Do Not Call Registry.

Please keep an eye out for communication from our team. We may use more than one method to reach you so we can connect you with a provider and begin services as quickly as possible. If you miss a call from us, please check your voicemail, text messages, and email for information from Elements of Motivation.

We are currently accepting new referrals for telehealth and in-office therapy services. At this time, we are temporarily unable to accommodate new referrals for in-home therapy.

For the soonest available appointment, please select “Telehealth is okay” on the referral form. Appointment availability varies by provider, service type, insurance, and scheduling needs.
