Hi! My name is Ashley Miller, and I’m a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Basic Skills Training (BST) provider at Elements of Motivation. I hold a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Special Education and have worked in the mental health field for over 13 years. For 14 years, I also served as a Special Education Teacher with the Clark County School District, where I discovered my passion for supporting children and adolescents with diverse learning needs. That experience inspired me to pursue a second career in behavioral and mental health.
I love working with children, teens, and adults to help them gain the tools they need to grow emotionally, socially, and behaviorally. My sessions are always hands-on and engaging—you might find us playing card games, making calming glitter bottles, or even creating slime. I believe that play is the language of children, and I use it to teach emotional regulation, anger management, communication skills, and focus. My ultimate goal is to build a strong, fun, and trusting relationship with each client while helping them reach their goals in a way that feels natural and empowering.
I also support parents through open communication and behavior management strategies, offering tools to use at home to reinforce progress. It brings me so much joy to see families grow stronger together with each passing week. Outside of work, I love to travel, go to baseball and hockey games, read, bake, and spend time with my family.

Hi! I'm Tiffany Miller, and I've been dedicated to the Mental Health World in Las Vegas for the past 14 years. I graduated from Argosy University with a degree in Psychology, concentrating on Criminal Justice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked at Desert Parkway Hospital on the kids and military/first responder unit for over a year. While I appreciated the learning experience, I discovered my true passion lies in being out in the field rather than in a hospital setting.
I find immense joy in working with kids of all ages and enjoy working with adults as well. As a PSR/BST worker, my primary goal is to help each client achieve their goals and find success in life. I love challenging my clients during our sessions, encouraging them to see the best within themselves. I often incorporate card games into our sessions, a technique I discovered during my hospital work, as they are excellent coping tools.
In my professional journey, I've learned a great deal from my clients, which has strengthened my ability to support them to their fullest potential. My clients know that our sessions are a judgment-free zone where I am there solely for them. Building trust is crucial for successful client relationships, and I strive to foster that trust in every session.
On a personal note, I am a single mom to an amazing adult son. I'm an avid supporter of the Golden Knights and Angels baseball. Throughout my son's childhood, I was his biggest cheerleader at his baseball games. In my spare time, I love participating in Run Disney events at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, chasing personal run goals and collecting medals. Growing up in Southern California, my love for Disney runs deep. My motto is simple yet powerful: "Believe in Yourself!"
I’m Ruby Garcia, a passionate rehabilitative mental health worker. Originally from the vibrant city of Chicago, I moved to Las Vegas 28 years ago, and it has been my home ever since. I'm the proud mother of two wonderful children and the joyful owner of two dogs. My oldest child is currently pursuing a bachelor's at UNLV, and my youngest just started her college journey.
I recently earned my bachelor's degree in Social Work from Walden University and am actively working towards a Master's in Clinical Social Work. My goal is to deepen my expertise and enhance my ability to support individuals and families facing mental and behavioral health challenges.
With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated myself to learning and growing within social work. My roles as a Basic Skills Trainer and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Service provider allow me to engage directly with families and individuals in their homes or community settings, teaching skills that range from basic living and self-care to advanced social and interpersonal skills. My approach includes creative and interactive methods like role-play, games, arts and crafts, and targeted interventions to manage emotions and conflicts effectively.
I am particularly passionate about empowering parents with stress reduction techniques, problem-solving skills, and positive discipline strategies to nurture healthier family dynamics.
I love what I do, and I am excited about the opportunity to continue advancing my career and expanding my skills to better serve those dealing with behavioral and mental health issues. When I'm not working, I love to cook and travel. Join me on a journey towards healing, growth, and achieving personal objectives, equipped with the right support and resources.
